M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTSI) priced its initial public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock at $19, the top end of its expected $17-$19 range. Shares are expected to begin trading at 10AM ET on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "MTSI."
Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Jefferies & Company, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers. Needham & Company, LLC, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated are acting as co-managers for the offering.
M/A-COM is a provider of high-performance analog semiconductor solutions for use in wireless and wireline applications across the radio frequency (RF), microwave and millimeterwave spectrum.
