Latrobe Specialty Metals, Inc. (NYSE: LAT) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $175 million. Latrobe plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "LAT."
The offering is being made through Credit Suisse, FBR Capital Markets, Jefferies, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Cowen and Company.
