Imago BioSciences (IMGO) IPO Opens 9% Higher

Today's IPO for Imago BioSciences (NASDAQ: IMGO) opened for trading at $17.50 after pricing 8,400,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share.

Jefferies, Cowen, Stifel and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Imago is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company discovering new medicines for the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).
