IMC Rare Earths files for IPO on NYSE American

IMC Rare Earths Ltd. filed for an initial public offering of ordinary shares, according to a statement from the company.

The company is offering 4,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of $0.0001 per share, with an expected public offering price between $4.00 and $6.00 per share. An additional 6,100,000 ordinary shares are being offered by a resale shareholder, with IMC Rare Earths receiving none of the proceeds from those sales.

The company has applied to list its ordinary shares on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol "IMC." No public market for the shares currently exists.
