Guidewire Software (GWRE) Files $100M IPO

Guidewire Software, Inc. (NYSE: GWRE)(Nasdaq: GWRE), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Guidewire Software plans to trade under the ticker "GWRE."

The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and Pacific Crest Securities.

Guidewire Software is a provider of core system software to the global property and casualty, or P&C, insurance industry.
