Globus Medical, Inc. (NYSE: GMED), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $100 million. Globus plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker, "GMED."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Piper Jaffray, Leerink Swann, Canaccord Genuity, William Blair & Company, and Oppenheimer & Co.
