Gladstone Land Corp. (Nasdaq: LAND) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $57.5 million. Gladstone plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "LAND."
The offering is being made through Janney Montgomery Scott.
Rental income in 2010 was $2.42 million, moving to $2.97 million the next year. Net income fell from $560,523 in FY10 down to $108,919 in FY11.
Gladstone Land Corp. is an externally-managed real estate company formed to invest in farmland located in major agricultural markets throughout the United States.
