Today's IPO for Franklin Financial Network (NYSE: FSB) opened for trading at $21 after pricing 2,640,000 shares of common stock at a price of $21 per share.
BofA Merrill Lynch is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering. Raymond James is acting as lead-manager and Sterne Agee is acting as co-manager.
