Fleetmatics Group PLC (FLTX) IPO Soars Higher

The IPO for Fleetmatics Group PLC (NYSE: FLTX) opened for trading on the NYSE a short time ago at $22.95 after pricing 7,812,500 shares at $17, the high end of the expected $15-$17 range. Shares last traded at $22.26, up 31 percent.

Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and William Blair are acting as co-managers.
