Fervo Energy opens at $36, far above IPO at $27

Shares of Fervo Energy opened for trading at $36 on Wednesday, 33% above the company's IPO price of $27 per share.

• The company upsized it's IPO to 70M shares from 55M it had initially planned.
• Fervo Energy also originally planned for $21-$24 per share pricing range before raising it to $25-$26, and eventually pricing above that.
