Ellie Mae (ELLI) IPO Prices at $6, In-Line With Reduced Range

Ellie Mae, Inc. (AMEX: ELLI) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares at $6.00 per share, which was in-line the the recently reduced range from $9-$11. The stock will begin trading today on the NYSE Amex under the symbol "ELLI."

Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as the sole book runner for the offering. William Blair & Company L.L.C., Piper Jaffray & Co. and Morgan Keegan & Company are acting as co-managers.

Ellie Mae hosts one of the largest electronic mortgage origination networks in the United States.
