Doncasters files for initial public offering on NYSE
DPC Holdings Limited filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares, the company announced. The number of shares and price range have not been determined.
The company, which operates under the name Doncasters, plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "DPC" (NYSE: DPC).
Jefferies and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead joint bookrunners for the offering. Barclays and Moelis will act as joint bookrunners, while RBC Capital Markets and Rothschild & Co will serve as additional bookrunners.
The registration statement has been filed but has not yet become effective. The securities cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective, according to the filing.
