County Bancorp (ICBK) IPO Opens, Trades Higher

Today's IPO for County Bancorp (NASDAQ: ICBK) opened for trading at $16.35 after pricing its initial public offering of 1,180,000 shares at $15.75, below the expected $16-$18 range. Shares have since moved up to $16.70.

Led underwriters for the offering were Baird and Sterne Agee.

County Bancorp, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation and registered bank holding company founded in May 1996, and wholly-owned subsidiary Investors Community Bank, a Wisconsin-chartered bank, are headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The state of Wisconsin is often referred to as “America’s Dairyland,” and one of the niches they have developed is providing financial services to agricultural businesses statewide, with a primary focus on dairy-related lending. They also serve business and retail customers throughout Wisconsin, with a focus on Northeastern and Central Wisconsin. Customers are served from our full-service locations in Manitowoc and Stevens Point, and loan production offices in Darlington, Eau Claire and Fond du Lac.
