Braveheart Bio prices IPO at $18 per share, raises $382.5M
Braveheart Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRVE), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on cardiovascular disease treatments, has priced its initial public offering of 21,250,000 shares of common stock at $18.00 per share, according to a press release.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to total $382.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,187,500 shares at the IPO price.
Shares were expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 6, 2026, with the offering expected to close on August 7, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, TD Cowen, Stifel, and Cantor are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Braveheart Bio's lead product candidate, BHB-1893, is an oral small-molecule cardiac myosin inhibitor being developed for the treatment of obstructive and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The company is based in San Francisco.
