Bluestem Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: BSTM) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Intitial Public Offering of Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $150 million. Bluestem has filed to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker "BSTM."
The offering is being made through Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray, Oppenheimer & Co., and William Blair & Co.
