Bankrate Files $500M IPO
Bankrate, Inc., filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering price is $500 million. Bankrate has not filed for a listing ticker as of yet.
The offering is being made through Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company, Credit Suisse, Stephens Inc., RBC Capital Markets, and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
