B&R Technology Merger Corp. prices $325M IPO on Nasdaq
B&R Technology Merger Corp. has priced its initial public offering of 32,500,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $325 million. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "BRTMU" on July 21, 2026.
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share. Once the units begin trading separately, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to list on Nasdaq under the symbols "BRTM" and "BRTMW," respectively.
The company was formed to pursue a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses in any industry.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is acting as sole bookrunner and representative of the underwriters. The underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 4,875,000 additional units at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments, which would bring the total offering to as much as $373.75 million.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has declared the company's registration statement effective.
