Textron names Brian Rohloff to lead Textron Aviation segment

Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) has appointed Brian Rohloff as president and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment, effective August 31, 2026, according to a company statement.
Rohloff succeeds Ron Draper, who is retiring after more than 27 years with Textron, including eight years leading Textron Aviation.
Rohloff has spent 29 years at Textron Aviation in roles spanning customer support, sales, supply chain, and quality. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of Customer Support, overseeing the company's global customer support operations. Previous positions include vice president of Quality, vice president of Sales, senior product director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X, and director of Paint Operations. He holds a degree from Wichita State University.
Lisa Atherton, president and CEO of Textron Inc., said in the statement: "Throughout his 29-year career with Textron Aviation, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership across multiple functions and has built trusted relationships with employees, customers and suppliers."
