NetraMark appoints Kevin Felix as strategic advisor

NetraMark Holdings Inc. (TSX: AIAI) (OTCQB: AINMF) (Frankfurt: PF0) has appointed Kevin Felix as Strategic Advisor, according to a company statement released Sept. 8, 2026.

Felix brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in capital markets, asset management, corporate strategy and securities law. He most recently served as President of the Investment Office at Global Atlantic Financial Group, where he oversaw business management and operational matters related to the firm's $175 billion investment portfolio.

Prior to that role, Felix held senior positions at Scotiabank, including President and CEO of Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and Global Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities. He has also served as an independent director for several firms.

In the advisory role, Felix will counsel NetraMark on Canadian and U.S. institutional investor and investment banking relationships, strategic transactions, corporate development and capital markets strategy.

Felix holds a Masters of Law in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

NetraMark is a Toronto-based company that develops AI and machine learning solutions targeting the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
