Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. (CSE: VEIL) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G1) has appointed Husam Fezzani as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Fezzani succeeds Alan Guibord, who transitions to Chairman of the Board while continuing to serve as a director. Guibord had led the Vancouver-based enterprise AI infrastructure company through earlier stages of its development.

Fezzani spent nearly 30 years at HSBC, where he held several senior technology and engineering roles. His most recent position at the bank was Global Engineering Head for HSBC Group's Commercial Technology Division. He also served as HSBCnet Global Release Manager, overseeing quarterly software releases for more than 300,000 commercial customers globally, and later led a globally distributed engineering team across Vancouver, India, and China focused on mainframe integration modernization.

Prior to his formal appointment, Fezzani served as an honorary advisor to Integrated Quantum Technologies.

"Enterprises are moving rapidly to adopt artificial intelligence, but doing so at scale requires a new generation of infrastructure capable of addressing security, privacy, trust and the realities of complex enterprise environments," Fezzani said in the statement.

Integrated Quantum Technologies develops AI infrastructure products including the AIQu platform, the VEIL data protection product, and the SecureGuard360 cybersecurity platform.
