Wells Fargo upgraded Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) to Equalweight from Underweight and cut its price target to $340.00 from $370.00. The company's investor day outlined the network evolution including DOCSIS4.0, leaning into mobile solutions + Spectrum One and significant line extension plans to grow the subscriber base into rural America. The company’s shares reacted negatively last week to the higher capex outlook.

Cantor Fitzgerald upgraded ProQR Therapeutics N.V. (NASDAQ: PRQR) to Overweight from Neutral and raised its price target to $5.00 from $0.80. Shares surged more than 63% today following the company's announcement this morning with Eli Lilly on the expansion of their licensing and collaboration agreement focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of new genetic medicines (PR).

DA Davidson upgraded Helen of Troy (NASDAQ: HELE) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $126, noting it believes the inflection point is here. The analysts expect organic sales and EPS growth to resume in fiscal 2024, with 2025 acceleration due to Project Pegasus.
