Today's Most Important Upgrades

Altice-USA (NYSE: ATUS) shares were treading more than 3% higher intra-day today after Citi upgraded the company to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $8.00. The upgrade was based on valuation, the opportunities to restructure the company’s operations to improve financial performance, and the potential to consider privatization for part or all of the company.

BofA Securities upgraded Sonoco Products (NYSE: SON) to Buy from Underperform. Shares gained 4% intra-day today.

Amcor Plc. (NYSE: AMCR) shares surge more than 5% intra-day today after BofA Securities upgraded the company to Buy from Underperform.

Comcast Corp (NASDAQ: CMCSA) shares soared around 6% intra-day today after Citi upgraded the company to Buy from Neutral on valuation and the opportunity to generate favorable free cash flow and consider non-core asset monetization that can be utilized to improve shareholder returns through cash repatriation and opportunistic M&A.

JPMorgan upgraded Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE: CL) to Overweight from Neutral with a price target of $79.00. Shares were up around 3% intra-day today.
