After-hours movers: Oracle, Rubrik, Relay Therapeutics

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) rose 8% after beating quarterly EPS and revenue estimates. Notably, cloud infrastructure revenue was $2.2 billion, up 45% in USD and up 46% in constant currency.

Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) fell 3% despite beating estimates on the top an bottom line in the second quarter and lifting guidance. Management said its results demonstrate the company's ability to balance high top line growth and improved progress towards its long-term profitability targets.

Vir Biotechnology (NASDAQ: VIR) rose 1% after it announced that the exclusive worldwide license agreement with Sanofi announced on August 1 closed.

Relay Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RLAY) fell 5% after it commenced an underwritten public offering of $200 million of shares of its common stock. Shares climbed 50% intraday following positive interim data for RLY-2608.
