General Electric (NYSE: GE) CEO, Jeffrey Immelt, disclosed the purchae of 100,000 shares on 05/15 at $28.08, bringing his direct stake to 2,573,926 shares.
Immelt also owns 33,052 via a 401(k) and 618 by a family trust.
