Box, Inc. (BOX) Could Price IPO Tonight

The IPO for Box, Inc. (NYSE: BOX) could price today.

Re/code said that Box will finally set a price after markets close. The company filed earlier in the month that it would offer 12.5 million shares and sees an offering price of between $11 and $13 apiece.

At the high end of its expected range, Box would be valued at $1.5 billion, which is lower than its $2.4 billion valuation reached with the last funding round it conducted.

Box has about 45,000 businesses paying for its service. The company also reported revenue of $154 million for the nine-month period ending October 31, 2014.
