Figma (NYSE: FIG) has filed for a proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the U.S.
Per the company's prospectus: "Every day, billions of people around the world use apps, websites, and other digital experiences that are made in Figma. They’re looking up directions on Google Maps; requesting rides with Uber; checking in for flights on JetBlue; streaming shows on Netflix; learning languages with Duolingo; asking questions of Claude; connecting on LinkedIn; buying goods on Mercado Libre; or booking stays and experiences with Airbnb."
For the first three months of 2025, Figma posted revenue of $228.2M, net Income of $44.9M.
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Allen & Company and J.P. Morgan will serve as lead undewriters.
