Snowflake Inc. (NYSE: SNOW) issued a statement addressing unauthorized financial disclosures made by one of its executive officers during an interview posted on Instagram account "theschoolofhardknockz" on October 26, 2025.

The company stated that the executive who made the statements is not a designated spokesperson authorized to disclose financial information under Snowflake's Corporate Disclosure Policy. The company advised investors not to rely on the statements made during the interview.

Snowflake reaffirmed its revenue guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year 2026, which was originally issued on August 27, 2025, as part of its financial results announcement for the quarter ended July 31, 2025.

The cloud data platform company indicated it will release its third quarter fiscal 2026 financial results according to its standard practices and noted that its guidance philosophy remains unchanged.

The statement comes as companies face increasing scrutiny over informal communications that may impact investor decisions, particularly when made through social media platforms by executives not authorized to speak on behalf of the organization.
