Myseum.AI Inc. (NASDAQ: MYSE) issued a shareholder letter from CEO Darin Myman outlining the company's development of a privacy-first, localized artificial intelligence platform and progress on its social media applications.

The company, which recently changed its name from Myseum Inc, is developing AI technology that operates locally on devices or within secure edge environments rather than centralizing user data in the cloud. The platform aims to enable social media and digital media platforms to provide AI-powered photo, video, and messaging experiences while maintaining user data control.

Myseum.AI launched its "Picture Party by Myseum.AI" social sharing platform in January 2026. The company reported that integration of Claude AI with its development team has accelerated platform development, moving from core capability development to user experience enhancements including moderation tools and organizational features.

The company announced the appointment of Ian Goldberg to lead marketing, partnerships and monetization. Goldberg previously founded and served as CEO of iSport360, a youth sports technology company acquired by Signature Athletics in 2025. At iSport360, he developed a content platform that reached 3.5 million parents and coaches.

Myseum.AI's intellectual property portfolio includes 20 issued patents and several filed domestic and international patent applications. The company also operates the DatChat messaging platform alongside its newer Picture Party application.

The information was provided in a shareholder letter issued by the company.
