July 22, 2026 6:06 AM EDT

Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ: INTZ) has provided a business update approximately three weeks after completing its combination with VigilAigent, citing early commercial and operational developments from the merger.

According to the company, it has secured over $350,000 in annualized new business and customer renewals since closing the transaction. The company also said it has onboarded several new Managed Service Provider partners, which it believes each has the potential to generate more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue as deployments are completed.

The company identified more than $3 million in annualized cost synergies through technology consolidation, vendor rationalization and the elimination of redundant infrastructure.

Chief Executive Officer Tony Scott said, "We have already demonstrated the strategic rationale behind this combination, in just a few weeks since the acquisition announcement. We are seeing encouraging commercial momentum, identifying meaningful cost synergies and creating new opportunities to accelerate recurring revenue growth while improving operating leverage."

The company said it is continuing to evaluate additional acquisition opportunities aimed at expanding recurring revenue and adding artificial intelligence and cybersecurity capabilities.

Intrusion plans to host an Investor Technology Day on July 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET. The event is expected to include live technology demonstrations, product roadmap details, integration progress updates, and commercial and government growth strategies.
