Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced the incorporation of four independent data exchanges and updated its revenue guidance for 2026, according to a company press release.

The company incorporated four Delaware corporations to operate separate exchanges: International Elements Exchange Inc. for real-world assets including minerals and carbon credits, International NIL Exchange Inc. for sports and entertainment name-image-likeness rights, Information Data Exchange Inc. for corporate data monetization, and American Political Exchange Inc. for political donations.

Each exchange will undergo independent regulatory review managed by Houlihan Lokey, with NYIAX providing electronic trading technology. The company expects to launch the International Elements Exchange and International NIL Exchange before the end of 2025.

Datavault AI reported securing a $150 million investment in bitcoin from Scilex to develop supercomputing capabilities, including IBM software licensing. The company said it postponed a planned 2025 acquisition due to investment priorities and dilution concerns, expecting to complete the transaction in the fourth quarter on cash terms.

The company updated its 2026 revenue guidance to exceed its previous target range of $40 million to $50 million. For 2025, Datavault AI expects to meet or exceed its second-half guidance of $12 million to $15 million.

Datavault AI said it retained an intellectual property law firm to pursue patent enforcement actions against banks it believes infringe on its technologies. The company reported having more than 70 patents and filings in its portfolio focused on tokenization and data monetization technologies.

The company plans to add business executives and industry leaders to its board of directors and board of advisors in the fourth quarter of 2025.
