ChipMOS reports second quarter revenue of $196.6 million

ChipMOS Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: IMOS) reported second quarter 2025 revenue of NT$5.74 billion or $196.6 million, representing a 3.7% increase from the first quarter of 2025 and a 1.3% decrease from the second quarter of 2024.
The semiconductor assembly and test services provider said it benefited from increased customer demand and market price increases for memory products. The company noted it continues to monitor tariff developments and plans to adjust operations to support customers based on their U.S. market exposure.
June 2025 monthly revenue totaled NT$1.85 billion or $63.4 million, down 8.7% from May 2025 and 3.5% lower than June 2024.
The Taiwan-based company operates facilities in Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu Industrial Park and Southern Taiwan Science Park, providing assembly and test services to fabless semiconductor companies, integrated device manufacturers and independent foundries.
All dollar figures are based on an exchange rate of NT$29.18 to $1.00 as of June 30, 2025, according to the company's press release.
