BrightSpring Health Services reports preliminary Q3 2025 results
BrightSpring Health Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTSG) reported preliminary third quarter 2025 financial results, showing revenue of approximately $3.33 billion, representing a 28.2% increase compared to $2.60 billion in the third quarter of 2024.
The home and community-based health services provider reported gross profit of approximately $392 million, up 21.3% from $323 million in the prior year period. Net income from continuing operations reached approximately $37.5 million, compared to a net loss of approximately $25.7 million in the third quarter of 2024.
Adjusted EBITDA totaled approximately $160 million for the quarter, representing a 37.2% increase from $117 million in the same period last year. The Pharmacy Solutions segment generated revenue of $2.97 billion, while the Provider Services segment contributed $367 million in revenue.
BrightSpring increased its full year 2025 guidance, projecting revenue between $12.40 billion and $12.70 billion, representing growth of 23.1% to 26.1%. The company expects Adjusted EBITDA of $605 million to $615 million for the full year, indicating growth of 31.5% to 33.7%.
The company's planned divestiture of its Community Living business to Sevita, announced in January 2025, is expected to close in early first quarter 2026. All reported figures exclude the Community Living business operations.
BrightSpring's leverage ratio stood at approximately 3.31x as calculated under its credit agreements at September 30, 2025. The company will announce complete third quarter results on October 28 and host a conference call the same day at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
The preliminary results are subject to finalization of regular financial and accounting procedures, though the company does not expect final results to differ materially from these preliminary estimates.
