ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTN) announced preliminary second quarter 2025 revenue of $262.5 million to $267.5 million, exceeding its previously issued guidance range of $247.5 million to $262.5 million.
The company released the preliminary figures to comply with German ad hoc disclosure requirements due to the expected overperformance relative to prior guidance. The revenue figures are unaudited and approximate.
"Business conditions have continued to strengthen during the second quarter of 2025, and were supported by improved market conditions and growing customer demand for our products and services," said Tom Stanton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
ADTRAN Holdings will release final second quarter 2025 financial results after market close on August 4, 2025. The company will conduct a conference call on August 5, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time.
The Huntsville, Alabama-based company is a provider of networking and communications solutions that enable voice, data, video and internet communications across network infrastructure. ADTRAN Holdings is also the majority shareholder of Adtran Networks SE.
The preliminary revenue information is based on unaudited results and remains subject to the company's internal controls and procedures, according to the press release statement.
