NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDINGS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Hofseth BioCare ASA on 3 July 2026 and today, 6 August 2026, where the share capital increase from the issuance of the offer shares in tranche 2 has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the share capital increase, Research Corporation Pty Ltd., which holds a total of 24,280,748 ordinary shares in HBC, falls under the 5 percent threshold and now represent 4.80 % of the voting rights in HBC.
