DIRECTOR RESIGNATION  

Northern 2 VCT PLC (the “Company”) announces that Mr Simon Devonshire has informed the Board of the Company that, owing to ill health, he has decided to step down from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Mr Devonshire for his contributions to the Company and wishes him a full recovery.

The Company confirms that there are no matters relating to Mr Devonshire’s resignation that require disclosure under the UK Listing Rules or that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
