Buchanan Technologies Earns 10th Consecutive HDI Pinnacle of Excellence Award

GRAPEVINE, Texas, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Buchanan Technologies, a leading provider of managed IT services, has won the 2026 HDI Team Certified Pinnacle of Excellence Award. It’s the company’s 10th consecutive Pinnacle win and its 13th straight year of HDI team certification overall, a run that based on HDI’s published recipient list no other organization has matched without a gap year.

The Pinnacle designation, awarded by HDI, the professional association for technical service and support, requires that 100% of an organization’s support staff hold current certification, from frontline agents through senior management. The Pinnacle of Excellence designation standard must be re-earned each year, making a multi-year streak a meaningful measure of consistency. Maintaining that standard year after year means sustaining full certification through every new hire, departure and promotion across the organization.

Buchanan first earned HDI Team Certified status in 2014, 2015 and 2016, then advanced to the Pinnacle of Excellence tier in 2017, HDI’s top level of team certification.
