Airia Makes Real-Time Policy Enforcement for Claude Generally Available

ATLANTA, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Airia, the enterprise AI platform for discovering, securing, governing and optimizing AI at scale, today announced general availability of its support for Claude inference hooks, enabling real-time security and compliance policy enforcement across Claude Enterprise.

First released to early access customers in August, Airia’s support for inference hooks allows enterprises to enforce policies inline across Claude chat, Claude Code and Claude Cowork through a single organization-level configuration. When a user submits a prompt or Claude receives a result from a connected tool, MCP server, skill or plugin, Airia evaluates the content against organizational policies before Claude processes it and returns an allow or deny decision in real time. Requests that violate policy can be blocked before reaching Claude.

Airia has also expanded its support as Claude’s Compliance API reaches more enterprise surfaces. Compliance API support now extends to Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Claude for Microsoft 365 add-ins and Claude Science, with expanded capabilities in beta for Claude Enterprise customers where applicable.

Through the integration, Airia brings supported Claude Enterprise activity into a unified governance environment alongside other AI models and agents. Teams can analyze activity against organizational policies to identify sensitive data exposure, prompt injection attempts, risky agent and tool behavior and acceptable use violations.

Airia can also trigger automated runbooks, including security alerts, tickets and escalations for review. Combined with inference hooks, Airia provides governance from retrospective detection and investigation to real-time prevention.
