According to a report from CNNMoney.com, Yahoo Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO) chief executive officer Carol Bartz was the most over paid executive citing data compiled by proxy-adviser Glass-Lewis.
Bartz made $39 million last year, including $10 million from a make-whole payment when she left Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK).
According to the report, Yahoo shareholders are complaining that Bartz has done little more than cut costs since taking over the Internet company in 2009.
