Obama Expected to Send Congress Language on Barely-Alive 'Volcker Rule'

There are some headlines coming out in regards to the barely-alive 'Volcker Rule', which will seek to limit bank's size and proprietary trading.
President Barack Obama could send Congress language for the proposal as soon as today, according to reports from Bloomberg.
The rule would also target financial companies that are not banks, the Wall Street Journal said.
