Bitcoin Continues Free-Fall; Sinks Below $3000
Bitcoin continues its recent plunge and is down another 8.5% today to $2951. The crypto currency is down from a high of over $5000 just days ago.
A crackdown in China on crypto currencies and recent negative comments from JPMorgan chairman Jamie Dimon that bitcoin is fraud has contributed to the massive sell-off.
Bitcoin is still sharply higher from the year-ago price of around $600.
