Zephyr Minerals raises private placement to $300,000
Zephyr Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: ZFR) (OTC Pink: ZPHYF) has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement to up to 6,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $300,000, according to a company statement.
The offering was previously announced on September 23, 2026. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.10 for two years from the date of issuance.
Proceeds will be directed toward general working capital and permitting activities for the company's Dawson Gold Project in Colorado. Company insiders are expected to participate in the placement for a combined $80,000.
Finder's fees, payable in cash and warrants on the same terms as the placement, may be paid to eligible parties under applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
All securities issued will carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day from issuance. The placement remains subject to customary closing conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
