TrustBIX extends private placement deadline to November 21
TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend its non-brokered private placement deadline to November 21, 2026, according to a press release from the Edmonton, Alberta-based company.
The extension, which was previously announced on July 9, August 25, and September 22, 2026, is described as being for administrative purposes only. The company stated it will not raise additional funds during the extension period.
The private placement remains structured for up to 50,000,000 units at $0.01 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share at $0.05 for two years from the closing date.
If the closing price of common shares reaches or exceeds $0.10 for 20 consecutive trading days, TrustBIX retains the right to accelerate the warrant expiry date to 30 days following a press release announcing the acceleration.
Proceeds from the placement are intended for general working capital, including product development, potential acquisitions, inventory procurement, and debt repayment. Securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day following closing.
The placement remains subject to final TSXV acceptance and all regulatory approvals. Shares will be sold under prospectus exemptions available through National Instrument 45-106.
