Tesoro Minerals raises private placement target to C$1 million
Tesoro Minerals Corp. (TSXV: TES) has increased its non-brokered private placement to C$1,000,000, the second upsizing of the offering since it was originally announced at C$600,000 on September 3, 2026.
The placement now consists of up to 10,000,000 common shares priced at C$0.10 per share. A finder's fee of up to 6% of gross proceeds may be payable on a portion of the placement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies.
The company said net proceeds will fund exploration activities at its Rumichaca and Cerro Macho properties in Peru, including fieldwork, geological mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys, as well as community engagement and general working capital.
The placement remains subject to regulatory approvals, including TSXV approval, and may close in one or more tranches. Shares issued will be subject to a four-month and one-day hold period under Canadian securities laws.
