StrategX extends private placement deadline to September 30
StrategX Elements Corp. (CSE: STGX) has extended the deadline for its non-brokered private placement to September 30, 2026, according to a press release statement. The offering was previously announced in news releases dated June 18, 2026 and July 16, 2026.
The company is seeking to raise up to $900,000 through the sale of units priced at $0.15 each. A first tranche closed on July 15, 2026, raising $333,856.35 through the issuance of 2,225,709 units. The company said it expects to complete one or more additional tranches before the extended deadline.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one additional common share at $0.25 for 36 months from the date of issuance.
The company stated that net proceeds will be directed toward exploration activities on the Melville Peninsula in Nunavut, including geological field programs, target development, and community engagement, as well as general working capital. All securities issued under the offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from issuance.
