Standard Uranium plans drill program and C$3.5 million private placement

Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND) announced plans for a diamond drill program at its Davidson River project in northern Saskatchewan and a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$3,500,000.

The company secured all drill permits and signed exploration agreements with the Clearwater River Dene Nation for the 4 to 6-week drill program scheduled to begin in early September 2025. This marks the first drill program on the project since 2022.

Standard Uranium completed what it describes as the first Exosphere Multiphysics survey in the southwest Athabasca Basin region from May 26 to July 8, 2025, in partnership with Fleet Space Technologies Canada Corp. The survey covered three conductor corridors on the Davidson River project using ambient noise tomography, horizontal-to-vertical spectral ratio, and gravity data collection methods.

The private placement will consist of units priced at C$0.08 each and flow-through units at C$0.10 each. Each unit includes one common share and half of one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at C$0.15 for 24 months after closing. Net proceeds will fund exploration activities and working capital.

The Davidson River project covers 30,737 hectares in the southwest Athabasca Basin region. Standard Uranium has completed 16,561 metres of diamond drilling in 39 drill holes on the property since 2020. The project contains four main conductive corridors associated with graphitic-sulphidic structures in basement rocks.

CEO Jon Bey stated the company has been preparing for this drill program for over three years. President and VP Exploration Sean Hillacre said the multiphysics survey data outlined density anomalies in basement rock coinciding with known graphitic conductors.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
