Shelfie-Tech closes CAD$1.7M private placement

Shelfie-Tech Ltd. (CSE: SHLF)(OTCQB: SHLFF) has closed a non-brokered private placement, issuing 961,642 common shares at CAD$1.78 per share to raise gross proceeds of approximately CAD$1,711,538, according to a company statement.

The Toronto-based company said proceeds will be used to complete the acquisition of Aspect Information Systems Ltd., as well as for general working capital and corporate purposes. The placement was first announced June 10, 2026.

The issued securities are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period. Shelfie-Tech will pay finders' fees totaling approximately CAD$38,340 and will issue 21,539 shares to eligible finders in accordance with applicable securities laws and Canadian Securities Exchange policies.
