Sekur Private Data completes CA$1.69 million private placement
Sekur Private Data Ltd. (OTCQB: SWISF)(CSE:SKUR)(FRA:GDT0) completed a non-brokered private placement raising CA$1,687,785 (US$1,205,560) through the issuance of 33,755,706 units at CA$0.05 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at CA$0.10 per share for 48 months following the closing date.
The company paid CA$7,880 in finders' fees and issued 157,600 broker warrants to Canadian financial institutions. Directors and officers purchased 610,000 units, representing approximately 2.25% of the total offering, for CA$30,500 (US$21,785).
Sekur plans to use the proceeds for sales, business development and general working capital. The shares issued are subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.
The Vancouver-based company provides cybersecurity and privacy communications solutions through Swiss-hosted platforms, distributing encrypted email, secure messaging and communication tools to consumers and businesses globally.
