Scope Technologies raises $3 million in private placement

Scope Technologies Corp. (CSE: SCPE) (OTCQB: SCPCF) (FSE: VN8) completed a private placement financing that raised $3 million, according to a company statement.
The Vancouver-based quantum security company issued 7,894,736 units at $0.38 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and half of one warrant, with each full warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.60 until November 5, 2028.
The company paid $49,431.30 in finders' fees for the transaction. Securities from the offering cannot be resold until March 6, 2026.
Scope Technologies plans to use the proceeds to expand its QSE platform and for general working capital purposes. The company develops quantum-secure infrastructure solutions focused on post-quantum storage and authentication technologies.
The securities have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or applicable exemptions.
