Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) ("Riley Permian" or the "Company") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,100,000 shares of its common stock (the "Offering"), which includes 700,000 shares being offered by the Company and 1,400,000 shares being offered by certain of the Company's stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders"). The Company and the Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 315,000 shares of common stock. The Offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the Offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include financing acquisitions (including a pending acquisition of an approximate 12,500 net acre position in
Truist Securities, Inc. and Roth Capital Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Tuohy Brothers Investment Research, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the Offering.
