Resouro closes $2.5M private placement for Tiros project
Resouro Strategic Metals Inc. (ASX: RAU; TSX-V: RSM; FSE: 8TX) has completed the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, issuing 2,560,000 common shares at $0.25 per share for gross proceeds of $640,000.
Combined with the first tranche, which closed on August 6, 2026, the company issued a total of 10,000,000 common shares at $0.25 per share, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000. A cash finders' fee of $4,500 was paid in connection with the offering.
All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance, under applicable Canadian securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies. The offering remains subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
According to the press release, Resouro intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital and to advance an environmental program, which the company describes as a step toward a Preliminary Feasibility Study for its Tiros titanium and rare earth elements project in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
